What if the analysis is wrong?
Every number is recomputed in code before it reaches you, and each finding shows the calculation and the exact rows behind it.
Do I pay before I see anything?
No. The files are read, cleaned and analysed first, and you see the headline finding and the shape of the work before there is anything to pay. The price buys the finished project, not the attempt.
Do I need to clean my data first?
No. That is most of what you are paying for.
What counts as one project?
Everything you upload at once, however many files that is, plus the follow-up questions you ask about it afterwards. Asking Data Analysis App to redo the analysis without wholesale customers is not a second project.
What happens to my files?
They are processed to build your project and deleted after 30 days, sooner if you delete them yourself. They are never used to train anything.
Can I get the underlying data back out?
Yes. The cleaned workbook is a normal .xlsx file, the charts export as images, and the report is a PDF. Nothing you get is locked to an account.
Do not take our word for it.
The question on the right is already written, and it asks what this is bad at as well as what it is good at. It names the alternatives, including doing the job yourself.
